Cinnamon — Cinnamon is rich in chromium that affects
insulin. It is well known to reduce blood sugar. It is filled with antioxidants
it helps to protect the body from diabetes.
Nuts — Almonds, cashew, walnuts are rich in fiber, which act upon the blood sugar, thus reducing the flow of sugar in the bloodstream.
Seeds —Seeds are low on glychemic index. Seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, hemp etc are known to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of heart disease and diabetics.
