I want to share my contribution to this Independence Day 2020 Food Parade - a candy which I used to eat in my childhood. This is actually a recipe which is made from Jaggery also know as Desi Gur, tamarind and cumin and the candy taster, tangy and fragrance. Ingredients:
- Jaggery
- Tamarind pieces
- Cumin and
- A pinch of salt
How to Prepare Jaggery Candy
This recipe is very simple. Mix all the ingredients together in a pot in a mortar to soft paste and then try to make small balls. Need to insert a stick for a lollipop style candy. You can wrap it in a silver or colorful paper to present in a style. You can feel its tangy taste to your lip. Enjoy this healthy and Yummi and delicious candy.
